Free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum, no surprises at checkout.

How long it takes

Orders placed after 2pm [PT] or on a weekend start processing the next business day.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes. We don't ship internationally yet — if you want us to, tell us where and we'll look at it.

Tracking your order

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves the warehouse. If tracking hasn't updated in 3 business days, email us at email@ninevolt.shop and we'll chase it down.

If something goes wrong

Lost, stuck, or damaged in transit — that's our problem, not yours. Email us with your order number and we'll replace it or refund you. We don't make you fight the carrier.

Wrong address?

Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll usually catch it before it ships. After that, we'll do what we can, but once a package is out the door we're at the carrier's mercy.
