When will my order ship?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then arrive in 3–8 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do orders ship from?

Every order ships from within the United States, either from us or directly from the brand or US-based supplier partner that makes the product. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes.

How does the first-order discount work?

New customers get 10% off their first order of $50 or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Will this work with my phone?

Our magnetic products are made for MagSafe iPhones (iPhone 12 and newer). Android phones need a magnetic or Qi2-compatible case. Not sure whether something works with your phone? Email us before you buy.

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. Email support@ninevolt.shop to start a return. Return shipping is free: once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid label. See our full refund policy.

My order arrived damaged or it's lost. What now?

Email us with your order number and we'll replace it or refund you. You won't have to fight the carrier.
